Warrior Hoops, Inc. was founded in July 2005. It started with one 8th grade team. The 8th grade Warriors ended their inaugural competitive league and tournament schedule successfully in November 2005 and ranked #1 in the nation under the USSSA rating system. They qualified for the USSSA Kansas State Tournament which was held in Shawnee, KS on April 1, 2006 and the USSSA National Tournament which will be held in Fort Wayne, IN during July 2006. The rapid success of the Warriors was broadcast throughout the state of Kansas and the country as we are now known as a nationally ranked program. Our significant success has opened the door for tremendous growth. In our upcoming 2006 campaign, we are planning to host 5th, 6th, 7th, and three 8th grade teams. In addition, we will host a Varsity team (10th thru 12th grade) and two Junior Varsity teams (9th thru 10th grade). Our goal is to host our 1st girls team in the summer of 2006. By the end of our 2006 season, Warrior Hoops, Inc. will have grown from touching 12 to over 100 youth.
